3. Event Listings

3.1. Users may create and manage event listings on Partea. By creating an event listing, you represent and warrant that you have the right and authority to do so.

3.2. Partea reserves the right to review, modify, or remove any event listing that violates our policies or is deemed inappropriate.

4. Ticket Sales and Payments

4.1. Users may sell tickets to their events through parteaevents.com. Partea is not responsible for the actual execution of the event or the actions of event organizers.

4.2. Partea uses secure payment processing services to handle transactions. By using our platform, you agree to the terms and conditions of our payment processor, Stripe.

4.3. Refunds are handled by event organizers. Partea is not responsible for their execution.

5. User Content

5.1. Users may submit content, including but not limited to text, images, and videos. By submitting content, you grant Partea a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and distribute the content.

5.2. You agree not to submit content that is unlawful, defamatory, or infringes on the rights of others. Content must not violate Partea’s policies. This includes content that promotes hateful ideologies such as communism, nazism, and/or the promotion of sexual content to minors. We reserve the right to remove content, including events, violative of said policies. We additionally reserve the right to remove content and/or events that are deemed obscene or go against the core mission of Partea.

6.1. Partea makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the events listed on the platform. We are not responsible for the accuracy of event information or the quality of events.

7. Termination

7.1. Partea reserves the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the platform at our sole discretion, without notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever.

8. Changes to Terms and Conditions

8.1. Partea reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will become effective immediately upon posting to the website.

9. Governing Law

9.1. These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Florida and the United States.
